S.T.O.N.E Meditations and Chants 101

Meditations

Here I will be giving you simple but efficient ways of mediation with the various Dragons of the Elements. Each meditation could be done daily or as you see that there is a need. Mediation comes in many forms and techniques. All you have to do is calm your mind. You have to be able to place yourself beyond this realm and into the realm of space. This is where we let go of this earthly plane and cross over to the sacred plane of our spirituality. This is the time when we can clear our minds of our everyday problems and we are able to focus our minds along with our bodies. When you meditate you must find a place where you will not be bothered. This can be in your bathroom, bedroom or wherever you may feel comfortable. It all starts with a Breath. Breathe in deep from your nose. Exhale through your mouth. Do this in sets of four times four. This will mean that you will be taking 16 Breaths. When you feel that you have calmed your mind. Now it is time… Remember to keep a journal handy so that you can write down all that was said to you and all that you saw.

Green Dragon - Meditation for Strength and Grounding

This meditation is best done outside. You will need a green candle and piece of aventurine. Place the candle in front of you and hold the stone within your right hand.

Close your eyes and picture vast green fields. As far as the eye can see visualize the ground is covered in bright colors of the many flowers that cover the ground. Take a deep breath. Smell all that is around you. Imagine that you are one of these beautiful flowers. You are the stem. You are the roots. You are the bloom. You slowly look up. All the flowers seem to rise up from the ground. They start to take shape. The ground seems to rise before your very eyes. The flowers have now taken the shape of a beautiful dragon. Her name is Grael. Look with her eyes and you will feel her love. Listen to what she has to tell you. Remember. Open our eyes and take in all that she had to tell you. Let the candle burn for seven days and carry the stone with you in your pocket for luck. And so is the will of the dragon so drago is.

Gold Dragon - Meditation to Clear the Mind

You will need a yellow candle and a piece of citrine. Incense: Frankincense and Dragon’s Blood. Place the candle in front of you and hold the Stone within your right had. Light the incense and let it smoke. For the best results try to use the resins. If you don’t have that you can use the sticks.

Let the smoke rise around the candle. Say: “With this smoke I give offerings to thee o Dragon of the east. I call to you not once but thrice. Sairiss Sairiss… Sairiss.” Take one deep breath. Feel the smoke cleanse you. Close you eyes and let your body relax. Let the smoke take you away. Be one with the smoke. Raise your right hand and with stone in hand say: I am air. I am wind. I am all that is within. Hear me Draconis. Open up my eyes so that I may see. Now is the time to seek what been clouding your mind. Remember to write it all down in your journal so that you may be able to come back it on a later time. And so is the will of the dragon so drago is.

Red Dragon - Meditation for Strength

You will need four red candles and a piece of gold and a sword.

Light all the red candles in a circle around you. Place the piece of gold in your left hand and the sword in your right. (The gold can be a piece of jewelry and the sword can be a dagger or knife.)

Close your eyes and calm your mind. Take four breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. Say: “May the light of the flame purify this circle with Dragons Flame.” Sit down. Open you eyes. Look at the flame around you. Envision yourself in the midst of a roaring flame. You feel the heat on your neck. The warmth in your body. Sit for a while and be one with this element. Now you are within the Dragon’s Keep. Gather the strength of the flame around you. Feel the dragon’s power all around you. You are one with the dragon. Gather what it is trying to tell you. Gather its strength. When you feel that you are healed, bring yourself back. When you open your eyes. You will be renewed. Remember what you felt. Store that knowledge inside. So drago be.

The Chameleon Dragon - Meditation for emotional balance.

This is a meditation in the bath. Run a nice bath. (The hotter the better.) Pour in a hand full of sea salt or seawater. Add four seashells. Take four candles: one purple, one blue, one green, and one black. Place them around the tub and light them.

Step into the bath. Lay back and relax. Let the heat of the water relax you. Envision that you are floating in an ocean looking up and the sky. You hear the birds all around you. You hear the dolphins at play. You don’t need to see them to know that they are there. You let yourself float and float. As you feel the gentle wave wash over you. Let your mind drift. As each wave washes over you. Let your mind blend in to the multi colors of the ocean around you. You are one with the water. Feel the calming effects all around you. Your mind is free. Slowly start to bring yourself back. When you open your eyes you will feel a total sense of calm. Remember that’s sense of calm during the following days to come. Remember. So drago be.
